The U Groove Wheels are made out of high quality cast iron, providing low rolling resistance and good wear resistance when using. With U-shape groove design, it has smooth surface which can help to reduces friction. Its thermal conductivity can reach dozens to hundreds of times of the corundum grinding wheel, so the grinding heat can be quickly derived and the thermal deformation of the workpiece can be reduced. It is suitable for grinding materials with low thermal conductivity, such as various spraying (welding) materials like nickel base, iron base, etc and wear-resistant cast iron materials, like vanadium - titanium cast iron, high phosphorus cast iron, etc. The U Groove Wheels have the advantages of sharp grinding, small grinding force, long wheel life and high grinding ratio. In addition, the wheels can maintain good shape during use, there is no need to change grinding wheel and dressing wheel frequently, so as to save working hours and improve working conditions, which is conducive to processing operation.
